Black Horse Market Points & Rewards Program Terms

"Black Horse Points" ("Points") are promotional loyalty points awarded by Black Horse Market to recognize certain account activity within the Rewards Program. Points have no cash value. Points are not legal tender, currency, stored cash, or a bank account balance, and they do not represent any ownership interest in Black Horse Market.

Points may not be sold and may not be transferred to another person or account unless Black Horse Market expressly permits a transfer. Points may only be redeemed through eligible Black Horse Market rewards described in these Rewards Terms.

Participation in the Rewards Program is available to account holders on Black Horse Market who meet the eligibility requirements described in the Black Horse Market Terms of Use. Each individual or business may maintain only one Rewards Program account.

Points earned on one account may not be combined, pooled, or shared with another account, except where Black Horse Market expressly permits it as part of a referral or similar Program feature described in these Rewards Terms.

Points may be earned through approved actions identified by Black Horse Market from time to time, including, without limitation:

• Completing your profile or adding a profile picture
• Referring friends or sellers to Black Horse Market
• Watching sponsored videos or other rewarded content
• Completing quizzes or other educational activities
• Subscribing to the Black Horse Market newsletter
• Participating in other promotions Black Horse Market may offer

Black Horse Market determines, in its discretion, which actions are eligible to earn Points and how many Points each action is worth, and may change these actions and Point values at any time as described in "Changes to the Rewards Program" below.

Points earned for a qualifying activity may first appear as Pending Points while Black Horse Market verifies that the activity was completed and met all applicable requirements. Pending Points are not available for redemption until verification is complete and the Points move to your Available Points balance.

Black Horse Market may decline to convert Pending Points to Available Points if the underlying activity cannot be verified or did not meet the Rewards Program's requirements.

Referral Points require a qualifying action by the person you refer, such as creating an eligible account or completing another activity identified by Black Horse Market at the time of the referral. Referral Points are not earned simply by sending or clicking a referral link.

Self-referrals, referrals involving duplicate or automated accounts, and referrals involving fraudulent accounts are prohibited and will not earn Points.

Points offered for watching a sponsored video or other rewarded content are earned only after you complete the qualifying viewing requirement identified for that content, such as watching the required portion of the video.

Clicking on, viewing, or purchasing from an advertiser or sponsor referenced in rewarded content does not, by itself, create any additional Points beyond what is expressly offered for completing the qualifying activity.

Points offered for completing a quiz or other educational activity may generally be earned only once per activity, unless Black Horse Market states otherwise for a specific quiz or promotion. Repeating an activity you have already completed and earned Points for will not earn additional Points unless expressly permitted.

Points offered for subscribing to the Black Horse Market newsletter or similar marketing communications may generally be earned only once per account, regardless of whether you unsubscribe and later resubscribe.

• Available Points are Points that have been verified and may be redeemed for eligible rewards.
• Pending Points are Points awarded for an activity that has not yet completed verification, as described in "Verification of Activities" above.
• Lifetime Points is the running total of all Points you have earned on your account since joining the Rewards Program. It is shown for informational purposes only, does not represent a redeemable balance, and is not reduced when you redeem Points.

Black Horse Market may offer a Rewards Marketplace where Available Points can be redeemed for eligible rewards. Rewards may include, without limitation:

• Black Horse Market merchandise
• Listing enhancements and marketplace promotions
• Seller benefits and featured placement
• Partner products and promotional merchandise
• Other rewards Black Horse Market designates from time to time

The rewards available in the Rewards Marketplace, and the number of Points required for each reward, may change at any time and are subject to availability.

Points may be redeemed only for eligible rewards made available through the Rewards Marketplace or another redemption method Black Horse Market designates. Black Horse Market does not guarantee that any particular reward will be available at the time you attempt to redeem your Points.

Physical rewards are subject to inventory availability and shipping restrictions, and delivery may be limited to certain locations.

Points cannot be redeemed for cash, cash equivalents, gift cards redeemable for cash, or any other form of currency. Points are not deposits, are not insured, and do not accrue interest.

Points cannot be purchased. Black Horse Market does not currently offer a way to buy Points, and Points may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged for value between users. If Black Horse Market introduces a separate program allowing the purchase of Points in the future, that program will be governed by its own additional terms.

You may not create multiple accounts, use automated means to create accounts, or engage in any other fraudulent or abusive conduct in order to earn additional Points. This includes, without limitation, self-referrals, referrals involving duplicate or automated accounts, and any other activity intended to circumvent the eligibility or verification requirements of the Rewards Program.

Black Horse Market may withhold, cancel, reverse, or remove Points that were awarded in error, in violation of these Rewards Terms, or as a result of fraudulent or abusive activity, whether or not those Points have already been redeemed.

If a technical error causes Points to be awarded, displayed, or redeemed incorrectly, Black Horse Market may correct the error, including by adjusting your Available Points, Pending Points, or Lifetime Points balance, without liability to you.

Points currently do not expire while your account remains active and in good standing on Black Horse Market. Black Horse Market may state a different expiration rule for Points earned through a specific promotion, in which case the terms of that promotion will control.

If your Black Horse Market account is closed, whether by you or by Black Horse Market, any unused Points associated with that account may be forfeited as of the closure date.

Black Horse Market may add, remove, or change the ways Points can be earned or redeemed, the value of Points, the rewards available, and any other feature of the Rewards Program at any time, subject to applicable law.

Black Horse Market may suspend or terminate the Rewards Program, in whole or in part, at any time. Black Horse Market may also suspend or terminate an individual account's participation in the Rewards Program, including forfeiture of that account's Points, for violation of these Rewards Terms, the Black Horse Market Terms of Use, or applicable law.

You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to Points you earn or rewards you redeem. Black Horse Market does not provide tax advice.

Participating in the Rewards Program involves collecting and using information related to your profile, referrals, video participation, quiz completion, newsletter subscriptions, Point earning and redemption history, and other sponsored interactions. This information is handled in accordance with the Black Horse Market Privacy Policy.

Some Points-earning opportunities and rewards may be offered in partnership with a sponsor or third party. Where required, Black Horse Market will identify these opportunities as sponsored. Black Horse Market may receive compensation from sponsors in connection with these opportunities.

Points are not conditioned on providing a positive review or endorsement of Black Horse Market, a seller, a listing, or a sponsor. Where an activity involves an incentivized endorsement, Black Horse Market may require appropriate disclosure of that incentive in accordance with applicable guidelines.

These Rewards Terms supplement, and should be read together with, the Black Horse Market Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict specifically regarding the Rewards Program, these Rewards Terms will control.

Specific promotions offered under the Rewards Program may include additional terms, which will be presented to you at the time of the promotion and will apply alongside these Rewards Terms.
